Herb Lingl's Aerial View Murals and Video Featured at the Opening of the One Rincon Hill Sales Office in San Francisco

Huge 10' x 12' and 10' x 10' backlit murals of aerial views depicting the views from certain floors of the new One Rincon Hill tower created by San Francisco aerial photographer Herb Lingl are featured in the One Rincon Hill sales office located at 551 Harrison St. Numerous events take place this week, to kick off the opening of the sales office, including VIP receptions on June 14 and 15. The sales office opens to the public this Friday June 16.

Lingl was hired by the Chicago advertising agency Firestar Communications to shoot the murals as well as aerial video of San Francisco for the project. Video was shot from a helicopter using an extremely stable gyroscopically stabilized mount. The video was incorporated into a clip showing how the city's skyline will change from various perspectives once the towers are constructed. Lingl was also hired to shoot aerial photographs at various attitudes ranging from 300' to 600' above ground level. These view shots were incorporated both into an interactive touch screen display and into the One Rincon Hill web site. Motivational Systems supervised the installation of the murals and the construction of the showroom.

Herb Lingl's work is represented by Aerial Archives, a assignment and stock photography agency, with offices at the Petaluma airport in Sonoma County, CA. Aerial Archives represents one of the largest collections of current and historical aerial photography and video. For additional information, please visit www.aerialarchives.com.
